Pankaj Khanna is a  commerce Graduate from Delhi University with postgraduate diplomas in management and is a Life Member of All India Management Association. He did a certificate course in gemology from Surat in 1996 and is a Life Member of Indian Diamond Institute Surat.
Mr. Pankaj Khanna learnt astrology as a hobby around the age of 14 years. At the age of 21 years, to polish his skills, he lived in the ashram of Swami Atmanand Saraswati in Narendranagar in Garwal Himalayas. Under the holy guidance of his Guru he mastered the art and science of Astrology, Palmistry, Yoga and other areas of Hindu thought.
Since 1986, Mr. Khanna has been doing self study and practicing astrology as a profession. Mr. Khanna has catered to a diverse clientele from different economic, social, religious and regional strata. Mr. Khanna has had the privilege of working as an in-house Astrologer with Taj Mahal Hotel (Taj Group of Hotels), New Delhi and with ITC Maurya Sheraton (Welcome Group), New Delhi.
Mr. Khanna has also appeared in approximately 100 episodes of Star Plus program ‘Meri Sehali’ and 60 episodes of E TV program ‘Nari’, where he educated the masses about the various astrological concepts and products. Apart from television he has also been widely covered by numerous TV channels including, CNBC, Star News and by national Newspapers like The Hindustan Times and The Times of India.

PROFILE OF KHANNA GEMS PRIVATE LTD (Gem Selections )

Gem Selections came into being in March 1987 as a proprietary concern owned by Pankaj Khanna. Its main line of business was buying raw Gem stones from the mines and getting them cut and polished (Lapidary Work) and then supplying these Gems to various Jewelers across India.

In 1994 it set up a retail outlet in Janak puri ,New Delhi and has been handling its marketing operations from there since then. In addition to selling Gems it also started manufacturing and selling Diamond & Gem studded Jewellery and Handicrafts made of Semi Precious & Rough Gems.

In  1997 it was converted into a Private Limited Company with Pankaj Khanna and Anu Khanna as its director and its main object is to

1.To buy,sell,import and export and deal in all kinds of gems, Jewellery, diamonds, pearls, precious stones and manufacture ornaments of gold,silver and other metals

2.To act as export house
